“Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy.”                Proverbs 31:9

Today God laid this verse on my heart because of some things I have been chewing on.  My husband and I are having to make an extremely hard choice about protecting the needy.  Our decision is to protect at all costs but what happens when there are two many that need defending?  What happens when both needy are on opposite sides and it is clear that we can only choose one but they are both equally needy and defenseless?

Since I have no answers to this one, I guess I will spend more time in prayer about this passage but rest assured I am going to defend both!
